How do you manage users who leave the company but own various objects?
In general the best suggestion is to deactivate the user as soon as it leaves the company and hand over all the active assets (such as contacts, deals, tickets, tasks). So this way you will still have the historic data for reports of the things done/closed. Until for example Dec2024. Then in 2025 you can delete the old user if you are not going to consult the old data anymore.

Can I subscribe to all leads to blog subscriptions from any marketing form?
The reason is that people that fill up a form to download an ebook might not be interested in signing up to your blog.
However, if you create a workflow that enrolls every contact, with the action to "set contact property" > "Your Company Blog Subscription" to weekly or monthly.
This will automatically enroll everyone and they will receive your latest blog every week or month. Make sure that you have edited and published the weekly or monthly email blog which is in Content > Content Settings > Blog > Subscriptions.
Tracking Aging Marketing Qualified Leads with No Activity
It seems there is no need to create a new property. You can utilize the existing property called "Last contacted," which captures the last date and time a chat conversation, call, sales email, meeting, or message was logged for the contact. This property is automatically set by HubSpot based on the latest activities recorded in the contact's history.
With this in mind, you can create a view or a report that takes into account the MQL lifecycle stage and the "Last Contacted" property. This will allow you to track MQLs that have not been contacted for a specified number of days.
Marketing and Non-Marketing subscription - reporting limit
The reporting limit is not related to marketing or non-marketing contacts. It's simply an increase of the limit of how many reports and dashboards you can create:

What happens to automated emails if I pause my workflow?
When you make a workflow 'inactive' , contacts already in the workflow will continue through the workflow and will be scheduled for actions, but no actions will be executed.
